Palo Verde river cruise and cultural tour

On this tour you will take a relaxing riverboat cruise down the Tempisque River for an educational wildlife tour. A major feature of the park is the density and variety of bird species. Monkeys, birds and crocodiles spotted regularly in the park include great curassows, scarlet, macaws, white ibis, roseate spoonbills, anhingas, jabirus, and wood storks among many others.

In this excursion we will drive through sugar cane fields, local towns, see the locals digging up the sand used for the concrete, the real Costa rican cultural experience.
